Flowhead & Wellhead

It is interesting that Flowhead and wellhead have the same word head. For other name surface test tree and x-mass tree, they also have same word tree. Why they have same word in their name? Please let us explain same and different points between them.

First, let us see some simple structure drawing of them.

They look similar to each other, and both of them have kill line, flowline, and tool line. But if we see carefully, we may find some difference.

In my working days, we have sold many flowheads to customers. And all get satisfied feedback. But few customers ask for load test cert. Frankly speaking load test is an extra test, not like NDT test or hydrostatic seal test. We need to use big crane to hang it. So the cost is a little high. If customer need load test cert, please notify us before order.
