In this year, we start to expand plug valve business, and we will make some stock for 2″ fig 1502 and 2″ fig 1002 plug valve (low torque valve). Our plug valve is same to SPM type. And confirmed by German end user.

There are many light and low quality plug valve in the market, which is weight is 28kg. Our single plug valve weight is 47 kg (103 lb), which body wall thickness is very safe.

LPS  is short name for Low Pressure Swivels.

Normally we focus on high pressure swivel joints which working pressure is higher than 5000 psi.

Recently, one of our friends hope us make low pressure swivel joints for them. and it is really hard to find someone to make it in suitable cost. We discuss with our technical department and successfully  finish the job. Low pressure swivels shape is very different from high pressure one. We will attach low pressure swivel joints photo and high pressure swivel joints as below.

Recently we export 1000 sets of stamping cable protector to South America.

Why we say it sets, not pieces? As what we export including cross coupling cable protector and corresponding middle joint cable protector. Sometimes, end user like to use only cross coupling cable protector; sometimes, end user like to use both cross coupling and middle joint cable protector. There is one middle joint cable protector bettween two cross coupling cable protector.

Recently we get an order for stamping / punching cross coupling cable protector. Cable protector is our normal product. but we adopt a new coating process for it,  that’s why we mentioned here. Years ago, we prefer Phosphating treatment, and the color of protector will be black. and if we adopt Galvanizing treatment, the color will be yellow. Photos are as below.

there is one kind of positive choke type called OCT, which is often recognize as OTC. OTC is one huge exhibition in USA which is hold at end of April. Recently, we ship some OCT type choke to our customer.  Photos are as below.

With the rise of oil prices, the business of factories is getting better and better. and recently we got big order for frac gate valves, which is 7-1/16″ x 15000 psi. this valve belongs to ball screw gate valve. ball screw can effectively reduce stem torque. normally we make the gate valve with or with out flange. attached drawing is for studded end connection gate valve.

Normally, for equipment with fig union end connection, inlet is female side and outlet is male side.  but this time we will show you opposite one. There is one kind of reverse flapper check valve whose inlet is male side and outlet is female side. Below photo shows the one we sent to Euro.

Choke bean is an important part of positive choke. Though it is small and simple part, but there is some issue for it. During our working experience, we have some quotation from some America company for choke manifold. And every quotation just mention choke bean. It is same to our quotation. As we know, there is tungsten carbide in the choke bean. But recently, one commodity precious metals price is crazy recently, which is Co. Co is one of important component of WC. Co’s international price is double of end of last year. So choke bean’s price will be nearly double of last year. And choke bean’s price affect choke manifold price. One of our customers just bought some choke bean two months ago, and we feel that he is so lucky.

Maybe some customers search quotation from other supplier, the price will be keep the same with last year. The reason is that they shorten length of tungsten carbide. So the life of choke bean will be shorter. If end user insists us to do this, we also can do it. But please don’t think that our price is extra higher than other’s.
